Engine

The Nissan NV is available with two engines, a 4.0L V6 with 261-horsepower or a 5.6L V8 with 317-horsepower. Both engines feature the Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control System, which increases the fuel efficiency and optimizes the engine performance for all driving conditions.

Cargo Space

Versatile, customizable, yours. These are the words that describe the NV's ability to fulfill the demands you require from your work van. Choose from a standard roof or a high roof, enjoy a spacious floor with floor mounted D-rings for securing your precious cargo. You can fit in two 40"x48" palettes, over 20 4' x 8' dry wall sheets, and pipes up to 10 ft. in length.



The rear doors open 243 degrees wide and have non-intruding hinge locks that can secure when fully open and at 90 degrees. The doors also have magnets that ensure they will stay in the locked position. The side slide door can open wide enough to allow palettes to be loaded via forklift.



While a single light comes standard, the cargo area has the option for triple lighting. Never fumble around in the dark again. Inside protective panels will prevent the dings and dents from the inside of your van from showing on the outside.

Up to five assist grips are available, making it easier to ingress and egress. Yes, those are your words for the day. Look them up.

Customize It

Inside you'll find 10 roof rack mounting brackets to use for installing your utility racks or any roof mounted ladders. There are 36 mounting points for bins and shelves, and 11 reinforced cargo mounting points for the bulkhead partition. In addition, the option to upfit your Nissan NV with an Adrian Steel package is available. See below for more info.

Safety

Heavy duty brakes offer increased stopping power for towing and heavy cargo loads. The full-length, fully boxed ladder frame offers greater strength and durability. A rear view visual monitoring system and available rear sonar provide you with great visual and audible feedback as you're backing up or fitting into a cramped space. It's just one (two) more ways Nissan has your back.



The NV has dual-stage supplemental front air bags and seat belt sensors. Other airbags are available including roof-mounted curtain air bags and seat-mounted side airbags to assist with rollover head and side impact safety.

Vehicle Dynamics Control and Traction Control come standard on the NV to assist you in controlling your vehicle in case of a loss of traction.

Mobile Office

You do a lot of work from your vehicle. Nissan has thought of a place for everything. The center console offers a myriad of functionality - it holds pens and business cards, has a slide out lid for laptop or desktop space that fits most laptops, a space for hanging files, a 120v outlet and more. Or you can remove the console entirely if you need the extra space.



The passenger seat even folds down flat, offering more space for your laptop or printer to rest on. There are under seat pull out trays for invoices or tools, overhead storage on the high roof option vans, clipboard storage between the center console and dash, and more.

Two 120v outlets are available in the cabin and cargo area for plugging in a printer, charging up your power tools, running an extension cord, or plugging in an HDTV and Xbox 360. You know, whatever gets your work done.

Interior Comfort

The Nissan NV has an abundance of comfort features. Engine placement in the front results in more leg room for you and less heat to battle. The seats are larger and low-fatigue, keeping you comfortable on those lengthy trips.

Interior Durability

Your van is for work, which means it can take a lot of punishment and quite the beating from routine use and accidents. Nissan knows this and has placed heavy-duty vinyl protective patches on the outer bolsters of the driver and passenger seats. The seating surfaces are also water repellent. In addition, the lower dash and center console both have a durable protective material.

Technology

This is a modern commercial work vehicle, and that means it has all the tech features you'd expect in a normal car. An in-dash touch screen is available that can be used for navigation, XM Satellite Radio, traffic updates, and more. The premium audio system includes iPod compatibility. Hands free Bluetooth is also available.

A towing package is available which allows you to tow up to 9500 lbs.

Standard Roof - 234.1 cu. ft.

1. No-Charge Commercial Upfit Packages from Adrian Steel

Cargo Management System- for both standard and high roof models. Includes convenient storage with a steel cabin and cargo partition, rail mounted installation, four hook bar for hanging storage, and three 44-inch shelving units, two on the passenger side of the vehicle and one on the driver's side.

Utility Package- for both standard and high roof models - Includes an interior ladder rack on high roof models and a utility rack mounted on the exterior standard roof models.

A local Adrian Steel distributor will install your package of choice at no cost to you.

2. Graphics

In this package you will receive professional creative design from a graphic design supplier to outfit your van with the perfect style and image you desire. This can include logos, slogans, address, hours, contact information - whatever you want to promote your business. The approved graphic will then be produced and installed by a certified graphics installer at no cost to you. Up to 70 square feet of graphic material are allowed in this package.

3. Cash

If you're eligible you can take a $300 commercial rebate. See Program Rules for details. We suggest you grab some sweet graphics or an Upfit package instead...but that's just us.
